BRAND DEVELOPMENT + DESIGN
This is Love Genre's core brand offering. Here, your brand world is built from the beginning. Through deep research, conceptual ideation and development, Jorja will design a visual identity and creative strategy shaped by history, audience, and feeling.

Creating visual identities with lasting impact is more than just colours and cool fonts. Jorja develops brands and entire visual worlds, including the tangible items you need to launch.

Step 01 - The Deep Dive
Research, strategy, positioning.
First, you fill out a brand Q+A and then we dive deep in our 1:1 workshop. This is the part where you share your goals, dreams and the nitty-gritty details of the business you're building. Jorja takes this information and turns it into research. Positioning, audience, tone, your inner identity — the stuff that the visual identity will communicate — and begins forming the foundations of a concept.Step 02 - Storytelling and Concept Development
The best bit.
This is where ideas run wild, the desk gets messy and concepts are realised. It's moodboards, drawing, cutting, pasting and typing until a full brand concept is formed — and you don't need to lift a finger. At the end of Stage 02, Jorja will present a fully realised concept for your brand, and then you get to discuss it in detail before moving onto the refinement stages. You'll have 2 revisions included in case anything needs tweaking.Step 03 - Designing Systems and Identity Refinement
With the concept confirmed, this is the stage where the identity is refined and assets are developed. You'll get another chance to revise the entire brand identity at the end of this stage, before Jorja packages it into final files and tangible assets.
This is also the stage where your website will be built if you've included it as an add-on.Step 04 - Delivery, Launch and Support
Launch is close now. During this final step, your brand guidelines and assets are delivered. Jorja guides you through any final pre-launch strategy and setup. Here, you may add on additional short-term or retainer-based services — ongoing content creation, graphic design, or creative direction for events and campaigns. If it's time to say goodbye, email comms are open for any questions and support during the first month of launch.

A brand realignment or expansion is simple but effective, designed to strengthen creative strategy, clarify, or expand your brand's visual language using existing foundations and assets.

Step 01
Just like a new brand build, the first step of a realignment or expansion starts the same way. You fill out a brand Q+A and then we dive deep in our 1:1 workshop. With Jorja, you identify what's lacking or not landing in your current brand world, and outline how you want to grow from here.Step 02
Jorja gets to work on redefining your strategy, expanding your visual identity and realigning anything that doesn't quite work, packaging it into a comprehensive document. After the document is presented you have the chance for one full revision, in case anything needs further development or tweaking.Step 03
After the revision, Jorja gets to work on designing the final guide to your expanded identity and builds 1–3 supporting assets/templates that align with the fresh strategy and feel.

VISUAL EXPANSION
For brands and businesses, or clients who have completed the above service journey, needing graphic design and/or creative content work that supports the visual expansion of their brand.
